Former Ohio University School of Music Student and Myriad Creatures member, Timothy Reed released an album of his original music in October, 2010. Haffa's now has the CD in stock.(Bloomington, IN) June 29, 2011Timothy Reed is a pianist and vocalist who attended the Ohio University School of Music in the 1980's & 1990's. His new CD consists of original piano compositions with vocal accompaniment by his backing group the Brown Sisters. The CD is now available at Haffa's record store in downtown Athens, Ohio. The album is a must-have for listeners interested in contemporary neoclassical and new-age music.The CD, entitled ?Euphoric Owls? alternates between solo piano and what he calls ?ethereal voices?Imagine George Winston and Phillip Glass meets Schubert and Chopin, often with epic soaring vocals, featuring Tim and the Brown sisters, Lauren, Lilly, and Jenna, ages 22, 19, and 16.
